General Return Policy

Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved where a product is unavailable after payment, the wrong product was delivered and replacement is unavailable, a valid return is approved and replacement is impossible, an order is cancelled before dispatch after payment, or Kubtex confirms refund is the appropriate resolution. Refunds are not automatic and require verification and approval.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 3 to 10 working days depending on payment method, bank processing, payment gateway timelines, internal verification, weekends, and public holidays.

Refund Method

Refunds are usually made through the original payment method. Where this is not possible, Kubtex may request valid bank account details reasonably linked to the customer or order. Kubtex will never request card PIN, OTP, CVV, or banking password to process a refund.

Exchange Policy

Kubtex may offer an exchange where the same product or a suitable alternative is available, the customer agrees, and the returned product passes inspection. Price differences may require additional payment, partial refund, store credit, or another agreed resolution.

Order Cancellation

Warranty Claims
